The contactSCOTLAND British Sign Language (BSL) service is now offering more help to deaf people across the country.
The video relay service, funded by the Scottish Government, is now available 24 hours a day and can be used to make a call to any service provider in Scotland.
This means that Deaf BSL users can contact any organisation based in Scotland in the public, voluntary and private sector. This includes contacting the GP, making an appointment at the hairdresser, phoning the local Citizens Advice Bureau, and everything in between.
