Our areas of work

Helping people resolve their problems

Social Security, Housing, and Energy and the Just Transition to Net Zero make up some of the largest areas of work CABs provide advice and support on.

We use the experiences of the people who access our support to push for change that will, for example, improve how people apply for and receive benefits and ensure they have safe, suitable and heated homes.
