Every year, Citizens Advice Scotland runs campaigns at both a national and local level on key topics that our clients are seeking information about.
We campaign on a range of topics to raise awareness and support people with issues such as renting rights, energy bills or problems with debt. The aim of these campaigns is to signpost people to the different types of support available from their local CAB or by accessing our online advice and tools.
At Citizens Advice Scotland, we promote our campaigns nationally across TV, radio, outdoor and social media, and work with our bureaux network to reach local communities across Scotland, through district advertising and outreach sessions.
