Our data

In February 2025 we helped  almost 24,000 people with over 102,000 pieces of advice. Meanwhile, our webpages received almost 328,000 views.

Citizens Advice Scotland gathers information from Citizens Advice Bureaux and our online advice website. One of the ways we use this information is to produce data reports to show demand for advice across our network.

Our monthly data reports track our the demand for advice each month alongside the changes in the type of advice people are seeking.

Money Talk Team Reports

Quarterly and annual reports for the Money Talk Team service, which helps people find out about what benefits they may be entitled to, how to save money on household bills and advise on debt and other financial support available.
