Current campaigns

Our current campaigns are detailed below. These are examples of how Citizens Advice Scotland work collaboratively with our bureaux network to design campaigns on key issues that help people who need it most. This has recently included our winter energy campaign, access to banking and financial exclusion and raising awareness of cheaper broadband and mobile deals for those on Universal Credit.

Worried this winter?

If you have found yourself sitting in the cold and dark this winter, the Citizens Advice network in Scotland is here to help.

On Universal Credit? Get connected

Get connected

With rising costs of everyday essentials, such as food, fuel and heating, more of us are struggling to afford bills like mobile and broadband, leading to increased digital exclusion.

This is why we're launching Get Connected, a local campaign for CABs, aiming to raise awareness about affordable internet and mobile options for those who need it most.

Banking on the Basics

Banking on the Basics

In Scotland, almost 165,000 people don’t have access to a bank account. This is why we're launching Banking on the Basics, a local campaign for CABs, aiming to raise awareness of Basic Bank Accounts for people who are struggling to access a bank account.
