This is based on her initial engagement with funeral directors across Scotland, exploring focusing on: culture, ethos and confidence in management; conveyance and care of the deceased; understanding, recording and acting on the wishes of the deceased or bereaved; asset management; and audit of procedures, practice and record keeping .
