Clydesdale Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. We are looking for a client-focused individual, with experience in providing specialist level advice, to join our team as a Debt and Income Maximisation Adviser.
This post is carried out primarily face to face, however under the current Covid measures, we are working with a blended approach which includes office and home based working delivering the service with face to face interviews, telephone interviews and the potential to develop video interviews.
You will be expected to demonstrate recent experience and knowledge in debt and social security legislation. Applicants should also demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, good organisation and proficiency in a range of software tools to carry out their work, including case management systems and MS office, be self-motivated, have excellent team work and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
