Kinship Care

All across Scotland, thousands of people care for children because their natural parents are unable to do so. These are often grandparents, aunts and uncles but can also be family friends. People who look after children in these kinds of circumstances are often known as ‘Kinship Carers’.

Armed Services Advice Project

The Armed Services Advice Project (ASAP) provides dedicated information, advice and support to members of the Armed Forces community in Scotland.

Working with parliament

We use the parliamentary process, both in Westminster and Holyrood, to present our policy evidence to politicians.  Our aim is to effect change that will benefit not just CAB clients but Scotland's citizens as a whole.
