About the job

Funded through the People and Communities Fund, Falkirk Citizens Advice Bureau in partnership with Falkirk District Council, Denny & Dunipace and Grangemouth & Bo’ness CAB, operate the Falkirk Area Welfare Benefits Advice Support Unit. The project provides a quick response approach to people in need of advice and assistance, who have been directly affected by welfare reform.

The Welfare Benefits Officer will provide information and advice on all aspects of Welfare Benefits, provide assistance with the completion of Welfare Benefits forms, Mandatory Reconsideration Requests and take on complex benefit casework.
