Pension Wise Guidance Specialist - Western Isles Citizens Advice Service

Western Isles Citizens Advice Service  is currently recruiting for a Pension Wise Guidance Specialist, initially on a fixed term contact until the end March 2019 (the extension is subject to confirmation of funding)

Pension Wise is the free and impartial service that provides information and guidance to members of the public about accessing their defined contribution pension savings. The Pension Wise Guidance Specialist will provide personalised, quality information and guidance to members of the public via a mixture of telephone and a face to face appointments, helping them to understand the full implications of their pension choices.

Successful candidates will have a proven knowledge and understanding of pensions gained within a technical pensions role as well as strong listening and questioning skills, excellent organisational skills, good numerical and IT skills, and knowledge of consumer financial challenges.

This post covers Citizens Advice Bureaux across Western Isles and therefore the ability to travel is essential.
