Changing lives - now and into the future

This strategy provides Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS) with purpose and direction for the coming years. As an orgaisation we must steer and control our own destiny; and as the national membership body for Citizens Advice Bureaux we have a responsibility to support and enable our Members to be the best they can be in delivering desperately needed
services to people across Scotland. All that follows aims to set out this duality of purpose and how we will achieve both these aims.
