Falkirk Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people.
We require an experienced Money Advice Officer to develop and help co-ordinate the Bureau's money advice service. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate considerable knowledge of money advice and associated legislation, particularly relating to debt options and the Debt Arrangements Scheme, and will have experience of carrying and managing a complex caseload. In addition, you will have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills and the ability to provide support and assistance to a team of volunteer advisers.
Falkirk Citizens Advice Bureau offers excellent terms and conditions, including a total of 25 days leave and enrolment into the government NEST pension scheme with an enhanced 5% employer contribution.
