Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is Fife’s leading independent advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people for over 25 years.
A vacancy has arisen for Administration Support who will be responsible for the majority of clerical work and administrative tasks associated with the efficient running of a Citizens Advice Bureau including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and data input amongst other activities.
You will have a good standard of education, high quality personal skills and a desire to improve lives, particularly the lives of vulnerable families and children. Experience of working in an administration role previously would be advantageous but not essential.
You will be able to undertake a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring client privacy and adherence to existing processes and practices. The successful candidate will be able to work independently whilst supporting a range of teams across the organisation.
