An experienced, enthusiastic, socially aware individual with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to take overall responsibility for the strategic leadership, development and sustainability of Western Isles Citizens Advice Service.
A good standard of education with knowledge of computer systems and their applications are essential.
