The Patient Advice & Support Service was created to promote awareness of patient rights and responsibilities, and to provide advice and support to those wishing to give feedback or comments, or raise concerns or complaints about NHS care received.
The Patient Adviser will provide advice and information to clients in the local Health Board area, support bureau volunteers, carry out marketing and liaise with external organisations.
Current driving licence essential.
