About the job

The Patient Adviser will work within the areas of Inverness Badenoch and Strathspey and Nairn Citizens Advice Bureau. The Patient Adviser will primarily provide advice and information to clients who wish to give feedback or comments, or raise concerns or complaints to the NHS, support bureaux volunteers, produce quarterly statistical reports, carry out marketing and liaise with external organisations.

You will also provide a wide range of advice to clients who are users of the NHS. Previous experience of working in an advice setting would be advantageous.

You will be resourceful with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to professional development and teamwork. A proficient knowledge of the use of IT would be an advantage.

The applicant must be able to travel around the area covered by the Project.

This role is subject to PVG check through Disclosure Scotland.
