At the Union Street Office we prefer to see clients on a drop-in basis, rather than by appointment, as this ensures that we provide a more accessible service to the whole community.

Please note:  The bureau remains open until 4pm however, after 2pm, ONLY URGENT enquiries will be seen, dependent on availability of Advisors.
