Drumchapel Citizens Advice Bureau is looking for a highly motivated person with the drive and enthusiasm to ensure the provision of a quality advice and information service to the public. We are an established Citizens Advice Bureau with a solid reputation for delivering well-managed, proactive, quality assured services, directly and in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector agencies.
The Money Adviser will provide a full range of debt advice services and casework including statutory debt solutions via combination of face to face appointments, telephone, email or webchat. Clients may also be referred on to other agencies operating in the Glasgow Advice Network to meet their needs.
We expect candidates to be an experienced Money Adviser, who is self-motivated, results driven; have excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills, be computer literate with a commitment to continuous improvement. Experience of generalist advice work is an advantage.
They will have an understanding of the importance of excellent customer services and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
The post is subject to the receipt of a satisfactory Basic Disclosure Certificate
