Nairn Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, independent and impartial information and advice to the people of Nairn, Auldearn, Cawdor and surrounds. We deliver a holistic service from our modern, new premises, offering generalist advice on a range of topics including Welfare Benefits, Housing, Employment, Consumer, Utilities, Debt, Family and Personal. Enhancing our generalist service, we have specialist advisers focusing on more complex issues requiring representation and support. We also operate an Outreach service at Nairn Town & County Hospital/Nairn Healthcare Group. Our purpose-built digital hub and training room provides the bureau with a modern space to help people who are digitally excluded as well as a comfortable space to train current and new volunteers.
Nairn CAB offers excellent terms and conditions, including 30 days leave (pro rata) plus 10 public holidays (pro rata) and a pension scheme with a 4% employer contribution.
