Motivated person required who has experience in an advice agency or similar environment and has a basic understanding of the Social Security Benefits System.
You will assist caseworkers in a mainly administrative capacity to deliver a high quality casework service.
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages and be a proficient user of the internet.
