Clackmannanshire Citizens Advice Bureau is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.  The bureau was originally established in 1967 and provides free impartial advice on a wide range of issues to residents of Clackmannanshire.

During the last few years we have expanded both paid and volunteer staff numbers and been successful in recently acquiring more suitable premises in Glebe Hall, Burgh Mews, Alloa.

Role Purpose

This opportunity is for a Receptionist/Administrator to assist the General Services Manager with the smooth running of a busy reception by acting as the first point of contact, in person or by phone. Also, to provide administrative support across the organisation as required. 

The successful applicants will,

  • Cover reception duties as required by implementing client triage procedures, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and managing appointments.
  • Offer administration support to the General Services Manager & other staff within the bureau, to include updating financial records as required.
  • Report directly to the General Services Manager

The Receptionist/Administrator will carry out other tasks within the scope of the post. Assist the Volunteer Development Coordinator/General Services Manager with the design and distribution of training materials.
