Clackmannanshire Citizens Advice Bureau is looking for a highly motivated person with the drive and enthusiasm to ensure the provision of quality advice and information service to the public by supporting and assisting volunteer advice workers on a day to day basis. We are an innovative Citizens Advice Bureau with a solid reputation for delivering well-managed, proactive, quality assured services, directly and in partnership with statutory and voluntary sector agencies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the skills and commitment to provide support for volunteer workers and ensure the quality of advice work. They will have a successful track record in managing and team working with staff and/or volunteers, communicating and liaising with varying organisations, delivering advice and information services to clients, and have completed CAB adviser training.
We expect candidates to be self-motivated, results driven; passionate about social justice, have excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills, be computer literate with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Successful candidates with significant management experience may also be required to act as part of the senior management team and assist with management of certain bureau projects.
They will have an understanding of the importance of excellent customer services and have a commitment to equality and diversity.
