Be part of a brand new policy and research team at Citizens Advice Scotland.
We are looking for four experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individuals to join a new and growing team, standing up for consumers across Scotland. Working across essential regulated markets in energy and post and sharing innovation and best practice from other sectors, you’ll be at the heart of consumer policy making in Scotland.
You’ll design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research projects, produce high level and influential reports and build and maintain relationships with governments, regulators and private companies. Working on your own, in a team and with Citizens Advice Service colleagues across Great Britain, you will monitor policy development and influence for change in the interests of current and future consumers.
You’ll have at least two years experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience. Experience of conducting research and analysis out with academic studies and demonstrable experience of influencing policy are essential. You’ll have excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough understanding of policy making spaces in Scotland and the UK.
