About the job

Pension Wise is the free and impartial HM Government service providing guidance to people about their defined contribution pension options.

Inverness Badenoch and Strathspey Citizens Advice Bureau are currently recruiting Guidance Specialists (1 full time equivalent role). Working as part of team, successful candidates will provide quality information and guidance to people over the telephone, helping them to make better choices about their pension options.

You will have proven knowledge of pensions’ law & practice gained in a technical pensions’ role coupled with a thorough understanding of occupational and personal pension products and wider retirement issues. Strong communication and skills and numerical ability are essential.

Successful candidates must be able to attend 6 days of induction training over 2 weeks in Glasgow (Date to be arranged). This will be fully funded by the Bureau.
