Pension Wise Guidance Specialist (Fixed Term) - Dundee Citizens Advice Bureau

We are currently recruiting for a Pension Wise Guidance Specialist.

Pension Wise is the free and impartial HM Government service providing information and guidance to members of the public about access to their defined contribution pension savings. The Pension Wise Guidance Specialist will provide personalised, quality information and guidance to people in a face to face environment, helping them to understand the full implications of their pension choices.

Successful candidates will have proven knowledge of pension law, practice and guidance and products as well as strong listening and questioning skills, proven organisational skills, good numerical and IT skills, and knowledge of consumer financial challenges.
