We are looking for a highly motivated person with the experience and enthusiasm to provide advice at one of our outreach facilities. You will be responsible for confidently running regular confidential advice sessions in our outreach. We are also looking for a candidate who can also assist our welfare officer with representation at tribunals and other related paperwork.
The successful candidate will have a good track record of working with office systems and procedures. They will have excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills and be computer literate. They will have an understanding of the importance of excellent customer care, and a good awareness of how rights and advice issues impact on the local community.
The successful applicant must be available to start as soon as possible.
