This is an opportunity to support the delivery of advice services to clients in the West of Glasgow. in order to achieve this we need a highly motivated, organised person with good communication skills to help us deliver an excellent advice and information service to our increasing number of clients. You will be an effective organiser, manager and motivator and play a key role in enabling our team of volunteer advisers and paid project staff to work effectively and efficiently, both individually and collectively, towards meeting our clients’ needs. You will have a sound knowledge of welfare benefits, money advice, debt, employment law and consumer matters. You will also ensure our work complies with Citizens Advice Scotland and Scottish Government standards.

We are an extremely busy office working from the West End of Glasgow. We have approximately 40 volunteers and 18 staff and provide various surgeries and outreaches with different projects. We provide free, confidential and impartial services to our clients through highly trained staff and volunteers on a range of issues including: debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment, financial capability, family, consumer and legal issues.
