Moray Citizens Advice Bureau, based in Moray, is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. 

We are looking for an individual with experience of providing general office administrative work. Administrative duties will include, weekly upkeep of bureau book keeping using Quick books software, petty cash book keeping, co-ordinating customer feedback surveys, arrange appointment bookings for staff via the admin telephone line, co-ordinating Facebook and Twitter posts, co-ordinating and preparing AGM papers, minute taking at staff meetings, check and maintain stock of compliment slips / solicitors lists, referral forms, bureau checklists etc, general day to day filing, produce timely reports as requested by the bureau manager and to carry out other duties and responsibilities as reasonably determined by the bureau manager and the board. Training and support provided.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate relevant experience and knowledge book keeping tools via Quick books. Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other IT systems would be essential. Committed, results-driven and supportive to the needs of others, the successful candidate will work well both independently and within a team.
