Denny and Dunipace Citizens Advice Bureau, based in Denny is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people.
Funded through our core service contract with Falkirk Council, we are looking for a bureau based Money Adviser to provide information and support for clients with complex and multiple debt issues. The adviser will take on an active case load assisting clients from the local community with both informal and formal debt options including bankruptcy and DAS where appropriate.
We are looking someone confident in advising, managing a case load and providing support to generalist advisers trained in initial debt advice. Training will be provided to the right candidate on areas required and updates to debt advice. A full person specification and job description is attached.
