The Money Advice Co-ordinator's role will be supporting the Debt Adviser with maintaining appointments, client engagement and all administrative aspects relating to providing debt advice. The role will also include supporting clients through the process.
You will also provide Admin support which will include, answering telephones / dealing with mail in the office / assisting volunteers with any admin duties.
You will be a well-organised administrator with excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills with experience of a busy public facing office. The successful candidate will be able to self-manage their workload and be a good team player. With attention to detail and a person centred approach, you will have the ability to provide practical support to people using our services. You will be flexible and co-operative to ensure the delivery of support to meet citizens’ needs.
