More about the job

About the job

Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. Our service continues to grow and expand, and we are now excited to recruit an ICT Systems Administrator to enhance our ICT capability.

As an ICT Systems Administrator you will provide support to all of CARF’s IT infrastructure and communication systems including the identification and resolution of incidents and issues. The post holder will also be expected to pro-actively, alongside the ICT Manager, input into the development of the ICT service to meet and/or exceed the expectations of the business and service users, and both upgrade and implement new and existing systems and services.

Details of the competences required of the role can be found in the Person Specification but equally important is your ability to demonstrate drive and continuous improvement.

You will be able to manage a high workload balancing the competing priorities of individuals and the organisation. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as supporting and delivering on CARF’s vision and values.
