East Dunbartonshire CAB, based in Kirkintilloch, is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new partnership approach to service delivery in East Dunbartonshire. Considerable knowledge of benefits advice and associated legislation is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of both Department for Work & Pensions, Social Security Scotland and money advice processes will be required in order to deliver a holistic service to the client group.
The post will be based in Kirkintilloch and will deliver the service throughout Foodbank locations within the East Dunbartonshire area.

Current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this post
