CARF is delighted to announce an exciting, rare opportunity to join the organisation in the new role of External Projects Co-ordinator.
The External Projects Co-ordinator will be responsible for the effective co-ordination and delivery of CARF’s various partnership projects. This includes the ongoing supervision of staff, ensuring agreed quality standards are met and the completion of appropriate reports, as required by funders. In addition, the postholder will be expected to maintain and develop positive working relationships and operational practices with relevant stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of income maximisation, welfare benefits and money advice legislation available to clients in Scotland. A clear understanding of the importance of excellence in service delivery is paramount to success in this role, including, but not limited to, adhering to CARF’s internal quality assurance procedures.
Ideal candidates will have excellent written, oral and IT skills with experience in a general or specialist advice giving or customer facing role. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a passion for improving people’s lives in line with CARF’s vision “A better life for the people of Fife”.
With the ability to identify personal development opportunities, the successful candidate will be able to work independently, as well as part of an established team, to deliver successful projects.
