Debt Advisor (Permanent, Part Time) Coatbridge Citizens Advice Bureau

Coatbridge Citizens Advice Bureau is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide Debt Advice.

The successful candidate must demonstrate that they have the drive, skills and commitment required to provide a specialist level service for clients in multiple debt situations.   The applicant will provide specialist debt advice, assistance and negotiation to clients including Debt Arrangement Scheme; provide and assist clients with associated issues; provide casework covering the full range of Debt Advice in the Coatbridge area.

The successful applicant will be able to deliver Debt Advice to Scottish National Standard level.

Candidates should be self motivated and passionate about social issues, display excellent team work, communication and organisational skills and have an ordered approach to casework.

Candidates must have an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service, a commitment to equality and diversity and an ability to work to the aims and principles of Citizens Advice Bureau.
