Peebles and District Citizens Advice Bureau is currently recruiting for a Case Administrator. The Case Administrator is responsible for helping ensure the smooth running/organisation of the Bureau and for triaging/processing of all client enquiries, from initial contact to final outcome and for ensuring that comprehensive case recording and reporting is carried out, in line with quality assurance standards.
The Case Administrator will be responsible to the Bureau Manager and will be expected to work on-site when possible, and remotely during lockdown. This post is supported by core funding and is dependent upon this continuing.
