More about the job

About the job

Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people across 15 areas of advice.  Our service continues to grow and expand, and we are now excited to recruit a Benefit Take-up Campaign Lead, the first role of its kind in CARF’s history.

This newly created role will have responsibility for the development and delivery of a rolling programme of benefit take-up campaigns with the ultimate goal of increasing benefit uptake across Fife. You will also be responsible for the development of processes, and co-ordinating the related activity, to measure the success of the take-up campaigns. This challenging role will be fast-paced with an expectation that benefit take-up rates in Fife are increased and evidenced.

You will be expected to have experience in delivering marketing projects, be a highly efficient multi-tasker and extremely effective communicator.  This role would suit a highly-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and passion for success.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate strong relationship management skills, with a track record of partnership working.
