COVID-19 has shown us that our advisers do not need to be office based. Advice workers can be just as effective by telephone, on-line or by video call and it doesn’t matter where in the UK they are.
We are looking for experienced full and part time advisers to join our team in the areas of benefits and debts.
If you are happy to work from home (or if you are thinking of moving to London in 2021) this could be the role for you.
We are committed to making sure that everyone feels part of the team wherever they are and you will always have access to a supervisor by telephone.

Hillingdon Citizens Advice (HCA) is a registered charity providing advice services in our two very busy town centre offices in Uxbridge and Hayes, with an administrative centre (Area Support Office) in Yiewsley. We have been operating locally for over 80 years.
