Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau is an innovative advice charity providing holistic advice and support to our community.  

We are looking to recruit an Administration and Triage Assistant. The successful candidate will work with our reception team and will be the first point of contact for members of the public visiting the Bureau.

Main responsibilities:

To provide administrative support services to our staff and volunteers. The role will involve triaging and signposting clients, answering the phone and front door as well as making appointments for clients and completing/mailing relevant paperwork. This is a client facing role will involve dealing sensitively with clients in crisis situations.
