About the job

Glasgow North West CAB, based in Maryhill, Glasgow, is an independent and innovative advice organisation providing holistic advice and support to local people. We aim to be as accessible as possible so that people from across the diverse communities of North West Glasgow can access advice and guidance in a way that’s suitable for their needs.

The Multichannel Access Coordinator will have an overview of all means of access to GNWCAB services and all enquiries therein. They will identify and prioritise emergency cases, as well as empowering clients to self-help and provide level 1 advice where appropriate.

The successful applicant will act as the first point of contact for clients seeking advice, they will provide reassurance and direction to the most appropriate source of support, ensuring GNWCAB can maximise capacity and efficient use of resources.

Glasgow North West CAB offers excellent terms and conditions, including 35 days leave and a pension scheme with a 6% employer contribution. We operate a 4 day, 32 hour working week. We are an inclusive employer considering flexible working arrangements where appropriate.
