Implementing the Smith Agreement: Welfare benefits

Following the UK Government’s publication of their Command Paper - Scotland in the United Kingdom: An enduring settlement, the Scottish Parliament’s Devolution (Further Powers) Committee called for evidence on ‘Implementing the Smith Agreement - The UK Government’s Draft Legislative Clauses’.

The proposals in the Command Paper cover: Constitutional matters; Fiscal framework; Tax; Welfare; Public bodies, executive agencies and the Crown Estate; and Civil protections and advice.

Citizens Advice Scotland provided two submissions to the committee: Welfare benefits and Civil protections and advice. Welfare benefits can be downloaded below and Civil protections and advice can be accessed here.
