About the job:
Motivated person required who has good knowledge of the benefit system and the ability to work as a representative, and to address the requirements of persons in need. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must have the ability to research complex material, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Organisational skills are very important in this post.
Training and support are provided.
This post requires a considerable amount of travel so the applicant must be able to travel in and around Nairn as required.
