About the job: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person, who can work under pressure and use their initiative as well as working as part of a team. 

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the CAS Adviser Training Programme and CASTLE, including case checking and will also have the necessary skills and experience to train/support volunteer Advisers and to ensure that the service delivered meets the required quality assurance standards.
