As an Adviser within the Telephone Advice Unit you will be required to provide a comprehensive telephone advice service to clients. Good telephone interview and diagnostic skills are vital. The ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of a variety of benefits is also essential. Ability to work hours flexibly as required by the needs of the service is essential.
