Pension Wise Guidance Specialist (Part Time, Fixed term), East and Central Sutherland Citizens Advice Bureau

East & Central Sutherland Citizens Advice Bureau is currently recruiting for a Pension Wise Guidance Specialist.

Pension Wise is the free and impartial service that provides information and guidance to members of the public about accessing their defined contribution pension savings. The Pension Wise Guidance Specialist will provide personalised, quality information and guidance to members of the public during a face to face appointment, helping them to understand the full implications of their pension choices.

Successful candidates will have a proven knowledge and understanding of pensions gained within a technical pensions role as well as strong listening and questioning skills, excellent organisational skills, good numerical and IT skills, and knowledge of consumer financial challenges.

This post covers Citizens Advice Bureaux in Caithness, Sutherland and Ross-shire and therefore the ability to travel is essential.
