If you do, you could help people to get to know their pension options. East Ayrshire Citizens Advice Bureau is currently recruiting for a Pension Wise Guidance Specialist. Pension Wise is the free and impartial, UK Government backed service that provides help & guidance to those considering how to access their defined contribution pension pot(s).
Working as part of our team, you will provide quality information & guidance to people over the telephone. On occasion, you may also be required to deliver face-to-face appointments in various locations. You will have a foundation knowledge of pension law, practice and products gained in a technical role as well as an understanding of the wider issues for those facing retirement, however, a full training will be provided. Strong communication skills and numerical ability are essential.
The role is offered on a fixed-term basis until the end of March 2021, with the possibility of extension.
