East and Central Sutherland Citizens Advice Bureau is recruiting for an enthusiastic, approachable person to join the team to deliver the Financial Health Check Project and undertake community engagement and awareness raising for both the project and the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with clients and partners by telephone, face to face and through email. They will have experience and understanding of the welfare benefits system, budgeting and money issues and consumer issues as well as strong listening and questioning skills, excellent organisational skills and good numerical and IT skills or be willing and able to undertake full training to reach this competence level.
The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively throughout East and Central Sutherland and travel to meetings, events and training courses in Inverness, Glasgow and Edinburgh as required.
