Dumfries and Galloway Citizens Advice Service is currently recruiting for a Financial Health Check Advisers, on a fixed basis until 31 March 2019 with possible extension (depending on funding), with the possibility of future funding.
The new Financial Health Check project aims to improve access to and the efficiency of financial health checks for vulnerable families and older people. The financial health check advisers will play a key role in the delivery of an innovative multi-channel financial health check service in the CAB network in Scotland. This project aims to improve access to and the efficiency of financial health checks for vulnerable families and older people. The financial health check advisers will be the first point of contact with clients who access the service through a dedicated helpline by phone.
