About the job

You will join our busy lay representation service providing the team with administrative support and co-ordination to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided for local citizens.

We have been delivering high quality advice and representation for 15 years and aim to provide a free, confidential and empathetic service for anybody who is facing eviction from their home or court action for debt. We work closely with a range of partners locally. The successful candidate will be critical in ensuring we maintain the highest standard of service for the public and our partners.

You will provide day-to-day co-ordination and support for the team. This includes handling telephone calls from the public and partners, dealing with mail, referral systems and inputting information into our case management and monitoring database systems.
