The Bureau provides generalist and specialist advice to the public.
The successful applicant will have excellent administrative and communication skills and be able to work with a range of clients and specialist advisers to enable clients’ debt and welfare benefits cases to be prepared for referral to specialist advisers in the Bureau. They will have also have responsibilities for statistical recording and reporting associated with the role and in assisting in the general administration of the Bureau and its range of activities.
