Airdrie Citizens Advice Bureau is looking for a highly motivated person possessing drive, enthusiasm and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to provide administrative support to a Pension Wise Guider as part of our new Pension Wise Service; this is a free and impartial service, funded by HM Treasury, to provide pension guidance as part of major pension changes coming into force in April 2015.
The Administrator role will include the triage of referrals, booking appointments, liaising between service users and the Pension Wise Guider, maintaining accurate client case records and being responsible for day to day administration of the service.
We expect candidates to be self-motivated and results driven and have a commitment to the principles of the CAB service.
